Aguas Mansas Mezcal Cuishe

Cuishe agave is a maguey that develops in arid areas of the Tehuacán Valley and the Central Valleys. It is a very variable species, it changes colour, size and shape according to the area in which it is born. It is unique because it looks like a pineapple growing out of the ground.
