1919 Summer Pink Gin

Made in New Zealand, 1919 Summer Pink focuses on the tradition of the original pink gin (gin & bitters), while honouring our distilleries core values. Rather than adding sugars and sweeteners, we source locally grown strawberries to distill. In doing this we managed to create a dry summer gin with a subtle, yet elegant, berry finish that maintains those bold gin flavours. A true nod to our traditions – celebrating the gin trends of the past and today.

Botanicals of note: New Zealand lemons and oranges, Otago cherries and Manuka honey.
