Aguas Mansas Mezcal Tobala

Tobalá agave is a maguey plant that grows in mountainous areas, stony soils, and its wild reproduction makes it one of the most appreciated mezcals in Oaxaca.

It is powerful in aroma, has a deep smoky character and wild herbs and straw notes. Dairy-like aromas and flavours as well as macadamia and anise notes are distinguished in the flavour, when tasting more than once the aroma of wood still predominates.
